What if I have more than 20 windows?

If you know how many windows you'd like cleaned, you can buy up to 4 vouchers now, which will cover up to 80 windows. Alternatively, if you're not sure how many windows you'd like cleaned, you can buy one voucher now and Triton will extend the deal price to you at the time of service.

Do I need to be home for service?

Clients who only want exterior windows cleaned are not required to be home for service as long as any exterior screens covering the windows can be removed by Triton from the outside, or are removed by the homeowner prior to service; and Triton knows which windows to clean if client elects not to have all windows cleaned. These details can be discussed with Triton prior to service.

What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment?

Make sure we have access to your windows! Any screens, storm windows, shutters, etc., should be removed prior to our arrival. Please make sure that no furniture or other items block access to the windows. Triton cannot be responsible for moving and/or replacing furniture to gain access to windows. Also, unless you are having all windows cleaned, it is helpful to mark windows to be cleaned with a small piece of painter’s tape or a post-it. Note that extremely dirty or neglected windows may be subject to additional fees. If you have questions, feel free to contact Triton.

What if I have screens covering my windows?

Screens must be removed from windows to be cleaned prior to appointment. Triton can remove screens during the appointment if needed for an additional fee. Removal and replacement is $2 per screen. Additionally, Triton can remove, replace, and clean screens for $4 each. Please let us know when scheduling if you need us to remove screens or if you wish to have screens cleaned.

Are storm windows included?

Storm windows are NOT included in the deal but can be cleaned for an additional $10 each. This fee includes removing the storm, cleaning both sides of the glass, wiping out between the windows, and then replacing the storm. Of course, this deal can be used towards the windows that the storm covers. Please keep in mind that the price to clean a storm window is based on the ability to remove the storm from the inside of the house. Additional fees may apply if the storm must be removed from the outside.

Are paned windows included?

There is a surcharge of $0.50 per pane for French Panes if the divider cannot be removed.

Are big sliding door windows included?

A big sliding door is typically counted as one window. As long as the window is standard width (approximately 36" wide) the window will still count as one. When the window is wider (generally 48" and above) the crews may count as two windows. Height generally isn't a contributing factor unless the window is extremely tall (9' or taller).

How does Triton count double-hung windows?

Triton counts double-hung windows as one window - giving you even more value.
