Customer Responsibility
To get the most out of your service and to prevent damage to your sprinkler heads, utilities, pet fences, and other underground obstacles, you are responsible for the following:
1. Mark underground obstacles with flags
(sprinkler heads/boxes, pet fences*, utilities less than 4" deep)
2. Water lawn regularly before and after service
3. Mow lawn 2-3 days prior to service
Marker flags can be purchased from your local hardware store.
*In-ground Pet Fences
If you have an in-ground pet fence, you must chose one of two service options:
1. Incur a $75 fee (billed at the time of service) to have JOCO Lawn & Turf mark your pet fence. JOCO Lawn & Turf will then assume liability for your pet fence during the aeration.
2. Mark your pet fence on your own and sign a waiver releasing JOCO Lawn & Turf from liability of any damage during the appointment.
After you buy online, there's no need to call to schedule an appointment.
