Will this work on iOS and Andriod?

Yes, the PitBoss+ WiFi Connected Backup Pump monitoring service offers apps for iOS and Andriod devices, which can be found on the App Store or Google Play.

What if I already have a battery?

Unfortunately, in order to offer a full warranty, your current battery cannot be reused. All installations will include a new, fully sealed, maintenance free battery.

What if I have two discharge lines?

If you have two discharge lines, the primary pump will be installed on one discharge line, and the backup pump will be installed on the second discharge line.

What if I don't have a sump pump already?

It's not required that you currently have a sump pump to purchase this offer; however, as with any sump pump, you'll need drain lines, a sump pit, and discharge line. Many homes, especially newer homes, are built with drain lines, pits, and a discharge line already. However, if you need drain lines, a pit, or a discharge line installed, Spartan Ram Jack would appreciate the opportunity to provide you with a quote for a new installation.

Is this sump pump powerful enough for my home?

Sump pumps typically come in 1/3 HP, 1/2 HP, and 3/4 HP models. This offer includes a powerful 3/4 HP primary pump. These pumps can work independently or together if needed. The volume of water that each pump can discharge depends on a number of factors, including the vertical height the water needs to travel.

Will there be any additional fees?

This offer includes everything needed for a standard installation to replace your current sump pump system. This includes any PVC pipe needed to properly install your new sump pump. However, additional fees will apply if additional services are requested or required. Of course, your technician from Spartan Ram Jack will inform you of any non-standard installation fees prior to service. If you don't agree to these fees, no problem. Simply tell your technician that you don't want installation and you'll receive a full refund from DIMBY.

Do these pumps make a lot of noise?

Both pumps are remarkably quiet. So if you currently have a noisy pump that runs frequently, you'll enjoy the quieter operation of these pumps.
